Global Positioning System (GPS) Survey Equipment

  • Thales MobileMapper handheld GPS receivers (sub-meter accuracy)

Networking

  • Aerial Services computing facilities have been designed for maximum production efficiency and are networked using a one-gigabit fiber backbone to datafarms. They have a 10Mbps cable connection to the Internet and host their own mail, FTP, and web servers. Their on-line data storage capability approaches 100 terabytes.

Aerial Services' has three Jena LMK model 1000 aerial film cameras. These are configured to fly in any of the five available aircraft.
